Returns & Refund Policy

At Reve Fashion, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your jewelry purchase. We offer a clear and straightforward policy for returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Window: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Condition: All items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Hygiene Note: Due to hygiene standards, Earrings and Nose Pins are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both the customer and the brand, a complete, uncut, and continuous unboxing/unwrapping video is mandatory for any claims regarding:

  • Damaged or broken jewelry.

  • Missing items.

  • Wrong products received.

The video must start from the opening of the courier seal and clearly show the defect. Claims without this video will be considered invalid.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

  • Perishable Items: Products such as soaps or wooden combs are non-returnable.

4. How to Initiate a Request

Please email us at connect@revefashion.in with the subject line: “Request for Return/Exchange – [Your Order ID]”.

  • Attach the mandatory unboxing video and photos of the product.

  • We will respond within 72 working hours with the next steps.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

We provide reverse pickup service for most pin codes in India from the original delivery address.

Damage/Wrong Item (Our Fault) Free We arrange a free reverse pickup.
Change of Mind/Dislike Customer Pays Rs. 100 (Delhi) / Rs. 200 (Rest of India) will be deducted from your (buyer/customer) refund.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your return is received and passes our quality check, we will process your refund:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your original payment method (via PayU/Razorpay).

  • COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to provide your Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, and Name as per Bank Records.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 15 working days after the item reaches our facility.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within the same working day of placement or before it is shipped (next working day afternoon), whichever is earlier. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the policy above.
