Accuracy: We strive to display the colours and images of our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
AI Generated Images: Every product gallery showcase has one photo/image of the jewellery piece or product generated by AI (artificial intelligence) and these images are only for representation and the products may have minor deviations.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Payments (Razorpay)

All payments are processed through Razorpay. We are not liable for any payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways. Your use of the payment gateway is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of revefashion.in and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

revefashion.in shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products. Our jewellery is “fashion jewellery” and should be handled with care; we are not responsible for wear and tear or skin allergies.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this website, or the purchase of any products from revefashion.in, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India, to the exclusion of all other courts.
